Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo movie start with the hospital. In this hospital, Valmiki and Anand Shriram are going to have a baby one day. Valmiki is a middle-class employee and Anand Shriram is a millionaire businessman, as well as Valmiki’s boss. Suddenly Anand Shriram’s child stops breathing.

When she comes to know about this thing being a nurse, she immediately wants to tell the doctor, but the doctor’s call is not possible. Then the nurse tells Valmiki about the child. Valmiki then replaces his child with Anand Shriram. The nurse feels that Valmiki is a very good person, but the mind behind it was something else.

Anand Shriram’s child who stops breathing suddenly becomes normal again. Then the nurse says, now you keep your child with you and keep their child with them. But Valmiki does not do this.

In the back both of them start fighting and meanwhile the nurse falls down from the hospital, then she goes into a coma. Valmiki had exchanged his child with a millionaire so that Valmiki’s child could get all the happiness that a millionaire’s child gets. In this movie, the romance between ‘Pooja Hegde’ and ‘Allu Arjun’ is very adorable, who are seen romancing each other all the time. Tabu’s character is very bad in this movie and her relationship with her husband doesn’t work out completely.
